As a practitioner, I firmly uphold Dr. Bach’s vision of self-help and simplicity. I see my role as an enabler – guiding and supporting people towards using the remedies for themselves – encouraging people to take responsibility for their own health and well-being wherever possible. I do not keep information on people, such as notes or files – instead, I ask people to chart their own treatment and progress.

I follow traditional methods of prescribing, helping people to get to the root of their emotional difficulties by talking them through. I aim to help people to see the connection between emotional well-being and health, moving towards using the remedies preventatively before physical illness manifests.

I always use the genuine Bach Flower Remedies, which are made to the exact specifications of Dr. Bach - even using flowers from the original locations!

SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

Bach Flower Remedies can aid us in our spiritual development in many ways, for example: Learning life’s lessons, following our intuition and guidance, making higher choices and decisions, identifying our life’s purpose or vocation, making changes and experiencing transitions, feeling our common connectedness.

Any work individuals do towards processing their own negative emotions makes a positive contribution globally. Bach Flower Remedies can help us to ‘hold a higher space’ and not be influenced by any negativity around us.

RELATIONSHIPS

Bach Flower Remedies can help whenever a relationship is ‘out of kilter’.

ANIMALS

Animals are very responsive to Bach Flower Remedies – an obvious example is helping a ‘rescued’ animal put past traumas behind them and to adjust to their new life. As with all complementary therapies, a vet’s referral is a legal requirement.

PLANTS AND TREES

Plants and trees also respond positively to the Bach Flower Remedies – and working with them can deepen our connection with nature as well as being helpful when we buy plants from the ‘casualty corner’ of the garden centre!
