Seichem
Seichem is a form of energy work, similar to Reiki, which connects the healer with the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water for deeper healing.
What is the difference between Reiki and Seichem?
With Reiki, it is the Earth element, providing grounding and support, which is channelled. Seichem connects with the further elements of Fire (transformation), Water (deep emotional healing) and Air (spiritual connection, link with the angelic), in addition to the Earth element of Reiki.
Thus is might be said that Seichem is an expanded version of Reiki and allows more energy to be channelled during a session.
The benefits of Reiki and Seichem
Reiki and Seichem sessions facilitate healing at all levels of being, the physical, emotional and the spiritual by:
- releasing blockages
- encouraging better energy flow
- alleviating pain
- increasing self-awareness
What happens during a session?
These healing sessions are generally experienced as deeply relaxing. You lie fully clothed on a couch as the healer places his/her hands gently on you body or in the energy field around the body.
Reiki and Seichem classes
Anybody can be attuned to Reiki and Seichem and be able to use this healing energy on themselves and others. There are three levels (or degrees) of training, which are taught in short workshops. Each degree provides you with an opening up to deeper levels of your own being and is in fact an initiation, a new beginning. The real learning and integration is how you use and develop this energy in your own unique way. To briefly sum up the different degrees, these are:
1st degree: attunements to open up the energy centres so that you can channel Reiki or Seichem healing energy. Instruction and practice on using this energy on yourself and others.
2nd Degree: further attunements to enable you to bring through a greater amount of healing energy, the uses of symbols in healing, distant healing and further techniques.
3rd Degree: Reiki/Seichem Mastership
The final degree which enables you to teach and initiate others.
