I am a trained teacher and worked in teaching and administration before becoming interested in complementary therapies and healing.

This interest mushroomed and I have since trained in Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki and Seichem and Crystal Healing, and I have worked as a massage therapist and healer for around 15 years.

I first trained in Usui Reiki in 1989 in order to enhance my Shiatsu practice. Looking for ways of developing my Reiki further, I turned to Seichem and noticed a great difference in the energy I was able to channel. I decided this was something I wanted to pass on to others and in 1997 I became a Seichem Master.

I have worked with Gill Edwards, author of 'Living Magically', am a Light Body Graduate and also a NLP Practitioner.

I am passionately committed to helping people find their own strengths and resources. I enjoy seeing people become aware of their own unique gifts and more importantly having the confidence to use them.
