Over the years, Celebrating Our Inner Wisdom Retreats have become an established route for those seeking personal development and spiritual growth in a group setting.

The philosophy behind these unique workshops is sharing and creating together. Individuals can offer to lead a session on a topic of their

The wisdom, beauty and fun of sessions offered at previous Retreats has been an inspiration to us all on a path of joy and inner growth.

The workshop will be co-facilitated by Sally-Ann Brown and Steve Nobel who are both experienced trainers and therapists. They also design the programme based on the sessions offered.
